Tropical Protein Smoothie Bowl

This tropical smoothie bowl is not only fresh and fruity, but also packed with protein thanks to a scoop of protein powder. Perfect as a breakfast after an early workout, or simply as a refreshing snack on a warm day. With the colors of a sunset and flavors that transport you to a tropical island, it’s a treat for both your taste buds and your muscles.

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 150 g frozen mango
  • 100 g frozen pineapple
  • 100 ml coconut water or unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ frozen banana (for creaminess)
  • 1 scoop (30 g) Beyuna Protein powder
  • Juice of ½ lime

Toppings (optional)

  • Sliced kiwi
  • Mango chunks
  • Coconut flakes
  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • A handful of sugar-free granola
  • Fresh mint

Preparation

Place the mango, pineapple, banana, coconut water/almond milk, lime juice, and protein powder in a blender. Blend until smooth and thick. Scoop into a bowl, then garnish with kiwi, berries, coconut flakes, seeds, and granola.
